Professional & Wholesale Terms

These terms describe the proposed conditions for professional account access and wholesale purchases through Melanu Pro. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any separate written agreement provided for your account.

Professional Account Eligibility

Melanu Pro accounts are intended for licensed estheticians and qualified skincare businesses. Applicants must provide accurate business information and any professional credentials requested during review.

Submitting an application or creating a customer account does not automatically grant professional or wholesale access. Approval must be confirmed by Melanu Pro.

Account holders must keep their contact information and professional credentials current.

Account Access & Security

Your professional account is for your approved business. You are responsible for protecting your login information and ensuring that anyone purchasing through your account is authorized to act for your business.

Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. Account approval does not create an employment, agency, franchise, or exclusive distribution relationship with Melanu Pro.

Professional Purchasing & Product Use

Some products may be designated for professional use only. Account approval does not authorize you to perform services outside your license, training, or permitted scope of practice.

Follow the product labeling, directions, storage requirements, and applicable professional standards. Do not sell expired, contaminated, damaged, or altered products.

Wholesale Pricing & Payment

Approved accounts may access the professional pricing available to them when signed in. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change for future orders.

Any opening order minimum, reorder minimum, case quantity, or special purchasing requirement must be disclosed before an order is submitted.

Payment is due at checkout unless separate written payment terms have been agreed upon. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown before purchase.

If requesting tax exempt purchasing, provide the documentation required for your business and transaction. Account approval alone does not establish tax exempt status.

Orders & Availability

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you about the available options.

If we cancel an order or cannot supply a paid item, the corresponding payment will be refunded.

For changes or cancellation requests, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Resale Authorization

Professional purchasing access does not automatically authorize every product for resale or every sales channel.

Before reselling Melanu products, confirm which products and sales channels are approved for your business. Any additional reseller requirements must be provided in writing.

Products labeled for professional use only must not be offered for consumer home use unless Melanu expressly authorizes that use.

Brand Presentation & Marketing

Keep original product labels, packaging, lot information, and directions intact. Do not repackage, dilute, relabel, or present Melanu products as your own brand without written authorization.

Use Melanu logos, photographs, and educational materials only with permission and according to the usage instructions provided.

Represent your business as an independent professional or retailer. Do not imply that your business is owned or operated by Melanu.

Advertising, testimonials, and product descriptions must be truthful and supported. Do not make unsupported treatment claims or promise guaranteed results.

Shipping, Returns & Order Concerns

Review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before purchasing. Those policies explain the applicable fulfillment, return, and refund conditions.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. Retain the packaging while we review the concern.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Education & Professional Materials

Education and resources are subject to availability. Access to a professional account does not guarantee training, certification, continuing education credit, or access to every educational offering.

Materials are intended to support professional knowledge and do not replace required licensing, hands-on training, or professional judgment.

Account Review & Suspension

Melanu Pro may review, suspend, or end account access for false application information, unauthorized account use, misuse of products or brand materials, or violation of an agreed reseller requirement.

Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and request corrective action. Suspension does not eliminate obligations relating to existing orders or applicable refund rights.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as the professional program develops. Revised terms will include an effective date, and material account changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed upon or required by law.
